This is the official and only Dominaite support channel.

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Please include:

  • Your account email
  • Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro)
  • App version (Settings → About)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Screenshots if possible

Account Problems

Billing & Subscriptions

Handled entirely through Apple.

To change or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open iPhone Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Go to Subscriptions
  4. Select Dominaite

Refunds must be requested through Apple Support.

Bugs, Crashes & Performance

If the app crashes or feels slow:

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest version

If it still happens, email us exactly:

  • What you did before the crash
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Your iPhone model
